Residential Solar Attic Fans- Attic Venting Improves the Health of Your Home and is an important aspect of maintaining a healthy, energy efficient home. Solar Attic Fans are available in a 10 watt panel for up to 1,200 sq. ft venting capacity, a 20 watt panel for up to 2,000 sq. ft. venting capacity, a 30 watt panel for 2,500 sq. ft. venting capacity, or, the “new” 50 watt solar panel for up to 3,100 sq. ft. venting capacity. The 50 watt fans are powered by a remote solar panel installed directly onto the roof in the location where it will collect the most sunlight. You may need roof mount or gable mount. All Solar Attic Fans have a 25 year warranty and come with a thermostat.
