Grid-Tie or Off-Grid
Solar Power Electric can be stand-alone operating off-grid (not connected to a utility company), or grid-connected/grid-tie which receives back-up power from the utility company. With a grid-tie system, when the Solar Power System produces excess power, the utility company is required to purchase the power from you through a net metering and rate arrangement.
Net Metering 
We do the paperwork for you and get a fast turnaround for permits. Net metering allows you to sell your excess power back to your utility company. During the day, surplus energy from your Sun City Solar Power System is fed back to the utility company generating a credit on your bill. The more electricity you produce, the more you will save.
